Why did a Leicester footballer wear a different shirt?
Premier League rules state that underage players are not allowed to wear anything related to sports betting or online casinos. That’s why 15-year-old Jeremy Monga wore a special jersey without the team’s main sponsor (BC.GAME).
On top of that, the young footballer wasn’t even allowed to change in the same dressing room as his teammates, so the club provided him with a separate one.
This isn’t the first time something like this has happened. In the Champions League last year, both Jhon Durán and Kosta Nedeljković were seen without the main sponsor (Betano) on the front of their shirts, for the same reason.
