FIFA Announces the First-Ever World Football Week
From May 21 to 25, the world’s governing body is launching a new global initiative to celebrate the power of football as a unifying force, under the slogan “Together, we are stronger.”
This special week is an extension of the United Nations’ World Football Day (May 25) and will begin on the 121st anniversary of FIFA’s founding.
The campaign invites federations, clubs, and communities to organize local activities that promote participation, a sense of belonging, and collective excitement for football.
The celebration will take place worldwide, with materials and practical guides already made available by FIFA to help spread the word and organize events.
