Cristiano Ronaldo becomes global ambassador for 2025 eSports World Cup
The Portuguese legend will be the main promotional face of the tournament starting this month in Saudi Arabia.
As part of the deal, CR7 will appear as a playable character in FATAL FURY: City of the Wolves, one of the 25 games featured in the EWC.
He's also starring in the "Rise Above" campaign, encouraging participants and viewers to "seek greatness and unleash their potential".
This continues Ronaldo's collaboration with the EWC, having participated in their 2023 launch announcement and 2024 Riyadh closing ceremonies.
