Adidas introduces performance innovations to combat heat at the World Cup
Facing a tournament marked by high temperatures across North America, the three-stripes brand has launched three specialized products designed to protect athletes.
Originally developed for motorsport drivers, the CLIMACOOL system has been tailored for players across all Adidas-sponsored national teams competing in the tournament.
The performance lineup features a jacket, a cooling vest, and specialized footwear wraps engineered to efficiently regulate body temperature, lowering skin temperature by up to 13°C.
Adidas serves as an official technical partner of the World Cup alongside 14 participating national teams: Mexico, South Africa, Qatar, Scotland, Germany, Curaçao, Japan, Sweden, Belgium, Spain, Saudi Arabia, Argentina, Algeria, and Colombia.
